If you would like press passes to Butserfest, please send an email including the following information:
- Publication or website
- Name and position at publication or website (if you are a freelance writer or photographer you will need the editor of the publication to apply on your behalf)
- Details of the preview coverage you have run or are planning to run prior to the event with running dates
- Details of the review coverage you will run post event
- Full contact details: phone number, email and address

PLEASE NOTE – EACH PUBLICATION SHOULD ENTER ONLY ONE APPLICATION REGARDLESS OF HOW MANY REPRESENTATIVES THEY WISH TO COVER THE EVENT

Photography at Butserfest

We have photographers covering both of the stages at the festival. Photos of the event will be available on application during the week after the festival and general photos of the event will be on Flickr from as soon as possible after the festival.

Customers are asked not to bring professional quality cameras (Digital SLR etc) to the festival, as they will not be allowed on-site.

Filming at Butserfest

Video cameras and recording equipment are not allowed on site. TV and radio interviews will be organised on the day by our Media Liaison Officer and will take place away from the stage. We cannot guarantee that bands will be available or willing to be interviewed. If you wish to film anything at the festival, please contact us in advance, as unannounced crews may be turned away.

Radio at Butserfest

Recording of live music at Butserfest is strictly forbidden. Radio interviews will be organised by our Media Liaison Officer (contact details above) on the day of Butserfest. We cannot guarantee that bands will be available or willing to be interviewed. If you want to do interviews at the festival, please contact us in advance, as unannounced crews may be turned away.
