Please email events@marianneharris.co.uk for all press enquiries and to request an accreditation form. Only applications made using the official accreditation form will be accepted.
Application will open on the 1 July and will close on 31 August 2012.
The form will ask you for the following information:
- Publication or website
- Name and position at publication or website (if you are a freelance writer or photographer you will need the editor of the publication to apply on your behalf)
- Details of the preview coverage you have run or are planning to run prior to the event with running dates
- Details of the review coverage you will run post event
- Full contact details: phone number, email and address
PLEASE NOTE – ONLY PRINTED PUBLICATIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR PHOTO PASSES.
Interviews and filming at Butserfest
Professional cameras, video cameras and recording equipment are not allowed on site without an approved media pass. Whilst we will do our best upon request to help arrange interviews with the artists playing Butserfest we would recommend that you contact their respective press agents to arrange these in advance. TV and radio interviews will take place in a designated press area on site. We cannot allow filming or recording of live performances at the festival. If you wish to bring along recording equipment for interview purposes, please follow the correct procedure for press application, as unannounced crews may be turned away.
Photography at Butserfest
Please do not bring professional quality cameras (DSLR) to the festival, as they will not be allowed on site without a photo pass. Photos of the event from our event photographers will be made available on application during the week after the festival, and general photos of the event will be on Flickr/Facebook as soon as possible after the festival.
