We’re looking for a team, or several teams, of dedicated people to become our street team to help spread the word about Butserfest 2012.
If you are 16 or over, live in the south of the UK in or near any of the following areas, and think you have what it takes to join our team we want to hear from you!
PORTSMOUTH : ANDOVER : WINCHESTER : BASINGSTOKE : SOUTHAMPTON : FAREHAM : BOGNOR REGIS : GUILDFORD
The kind of things we’d need you to do:
Handing out/leaving fliers
- at local events: these could be live music shows or social events/parties with your friends.
- at local skate parks and youth centres
- in your local shopping centres, at skate shops etc
Online promotion
- sharing our news and event posters, inviting your friends to ‘like’ the official FB page and to follow us on Twitter etc, retweeting our Tweets.
- posting on online forums.
Street Team Leaders
We also need dedicated people to help run their area street team. The Leader for each area will need to be enthusiastic and hard working, and be able to oversee a small team, making sure they have the resources they need and organise regular meet ups and places to promote. The Leader will also be required to send weekly reports, and show evidence that the promotion has taken place ie through the provision of photos, sending urls.
The most hardworking street teamers will be rewarded with the offer of tickets to Butserfest, free merch, invitations to band meet and greets, and access to exclusive backstage performances on the day.

Hey guys, I consider myself a leader without sounding to modest. I’m student president of the 5 college campuses of Coleg Sir Gar, Im a music student and I also recently began writing reviews for BringTheNoiseUk which is pretty sweet. Although I reside in South Wales, I know a lot of people and am EXTREMELY determined. With that in mind, I would love to take on what ever you can throw at me especially considering the opportunity you are offering to provide to us in return for our hard-work.
